These popular light and crunchy crackers are made from 100% organic wholegrain oats, high in protein and soluble dietary fibre. With the addition of a little olive oil and sprinkled with poppy seeds and rock salt these crackers are great with avocado, tomato, cucumber... or just as they are with soup, in lunch-boxes or for a light evening meal.
